We remain open minded when it comes to doing Custom Tours for groups. While we don’t handle short weekend type of tours, we can put together the ideal week or longer tour for your group!

If you have a group of MWs or WSET students or grads, or Somms that are looking to geek out, we can certainly do an excellent job in that regard. IF you are members of a chapter of Rotarians, Executive Chefs, school teachers, a book or wine club, a group of friends that love wine and great food and want us to design a tour and take over planning and guiding, all of the above is also squarely within our skill set. We usually require a guaranteed minimum of 10 people to create a custom tour that your friends or clients will be thrilled to join.

We are not able to assist when it comes to air packages. This is beyond our scope, legally. But we can make recommendations about potential airlines to get you to and from Portugal.

Please select potential dates, number of days and nights, level of hotel, type of meals/venues, experience of your group members, what areas of Portugal/wine regions to visit, budgets per person, and anything else that you think would help us understand what you are looking for so we can use to help plan the greatest Portuguese wine and food adventure imaginable. If you’d prefer 70% food related visits and 30% wineries … that’s easy, as is vice versa.

We will be as flexible and creative in developing and executing as remarkable adventure as is possible and have done so for other groups in the past. If you want more relaxation time, alternatives for options during the tour such as a half day by the pool, spa treatments or a hot air balloon for a few hours, done. We are at our best in the 10-14 person range, but can plan and scale for groups far larger, too. If you can dream it and it is going to take place in Portugal, we can deliver a remarkable tour for you and provide a one price fits all package so there are no surprises whatsoever. From add on helicopter rides, river cruises, multi-region, cooking classes, visiting a cheese producer, or seeing the top books shops, horse riding, intensive or relaxed itineraries … we can deliver!
